Understand your financial obligations - TPP, CI, Visiting

Select your student type below for details.
Tertiary Preparation Pathway (TPP) students

All students offered a Commonwealth Supported Place must complete an eCAF, although you are not charged fees for your TPP courses. Your eCAF form is included in your USC Central tasks.

Cross-institutional students

Cross-institutional students are required to complete an eCAF and provide your Tax File Number (TFN) by the fee due date for your course fees to defer to your HECS-HELP Loan. Your eCAF form is included in your USC Central tasks.

You can still make part or full payments towards your fees up until the fee due date of each study period. After census date the remaining amount will defer to your HELP loan.

If you choose to pay your fees up front, ensure you make payment by the fee due date shown on your invoice.

Visiting students

Visiting students must pay your fees before fee due date of the study period. Visit how to pay your fees for information to generate your invoice and fee payment options.

Unique Student Identifier (USI)

You also need to provide UniSC with your Unique Student Identifier (USI) by the census date of your first study period, or you risk being withdrawn from your program. Apply for a USI or check if you already have a USI via usi.gov.au and submit in your eCAF in your USC Central tasks.
