Brain Changer school workshops

We’re visiting schools to teach young people five ways to supercharge their brains.

The Brain Changer workshops educate adolescents about five key things they can do to shape their brains for life.

Students will learn how nutrition, sleep, exercise, mindfulness and social connectedness can change the brain and influence mental health.

Five ways to supercharge your brain

The Brain Changer workshops are designed to educate adolescents about five key things they can do to shape a healthy brain for life.

During the Brain Changer workshops, students will learn how nutrition, sleep, exercise, mindfulness and social connectedness can change the brain.

Over four 1-hour workshops, underpinned by the latest research evidence, students will hear from experts in the field of neuroscience and participate in a range of interactive learning activities designed to engage and inspire.

Students will be encouraged to consider their own health enhancing behaviours and to make positive changes for improved brain health.
