Thank you for your interest in the EMERALD wellbeing program. Below is information to help you decide if EMERALD is right for you before finalising your registration.
EMERALD is:
- an 8-week online wellbeing program
- for people who have recently noticed a decline in their mental health and are taking early action
EMERALD does not replace talking therapies for longer term or more complex issues, such as relationship issues, financial problems, or addiction difficulties. If you need help in these areas, please see your GP about a mental health plan, or contact your Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Through professional support, goal-setting, education and skill-building, EMERALD empowers you to make lifestyle improvements proven by science to support mental wellbeing. This includes:
- physical activity
- nutrition
- sleep
- social connection, and/or
- stress management strategies.
What to expect week by week
Week 1: Meet your health coach (45 mins), Set goals (45 mins)
Week 2: Physical activity, nutrition or wellbeing session (optional, 60 mins)
Week 3: Health coaching session (45 mins)
Week 4: Physical activity, nutrition or wellbeing session (optional, 60 mins)
Week 5: Health coaching session (45 mins)
Week 6: Physical activity, nutrition or wellbeing session (optional, 60 mins)
Week 7: Physical activity, nutrition or wellbeing session (optional, 60 mins)
Week 8: Final health coaching session (45 mins)
We fit as much as we can into your 8 weeks, so it’s important that you prioritise this time for yourself.
You can book your preferred appointment times through the CLINIKO link that we'll provide you. You can also reschedule appointments within your 8-week program timeframe.
