UniSC Road Safety Research Collaboration (RSRC) Group Scholarship

Scholarship applications for Semester 2 2023 are now open and will close on 31 July 2023.

All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by close of business, 31 August 2023.

The UniSC Road Safety Research Collaboration was established as a strategic collaboration between the Queensland Government, the Motor Accident Insurance Commission and UniSC in September 2018 to undertake research that will positively impact the lives and safety of Queenslanders.

The UniSC Road Safety Research Collaboration (RSRC) Group Scholarship aims to encourage and support students to undertake Honours programs and experience research activities within the UniSC Road Safety Research Collaboration (RSRC) research team.

Road deaths and serious injuries have devastating social consequences, resulting in an estimated A$27 billion annual cost to the Australian economy. Our applied research aims to reduce the personal, social and economic burdens associated with road crashes in Queensland.

Please Note:  This scholarship is offered on a yearly basis through funds provided by an external donor. If funding is not available in any given year, the scholarship will not be awarded.
