We’re working towards introducing a new enrolment process in USC Central and hope to make it available to all students soon.

We've given a group of students privileged access to the 'Enrol by my requirements' functionality in USC Central to ensure the system is functioning as it’s intended and get feedback on the system and process.

Enrol by my requirements is a personalised way of displaying a student’s progression in their program. This means you’ll be able to see your program structure in USC Central including which courses you’ve completed, which ones you’re currently taking and which ones are remaining. This is aimed to make planning your study, tracking your progress and enrolling in your courses a more streamlined process.

Enrolling is still a two-step process and the same academic calendar dates apply:

• Enrol in your courses on-time, between 9-27 October, so you can register for your classes earlier than those who don't.
• Select your class times from 20 January 2020 (you can view the draft timetable from 11 December 2019).

You're encouraged to enrol in your courses for the full 2020 year. The more students we know are studying each course, the better we can plan the timetable.

Register any non-required majors or minors by 30 November

Changes have been approved for registering non-required majors and minors using your electives.

• Non-required majors and minors using electives can not be registered after 30 November 2019.
• After this date, elective courses will not be able to be used to add a non-required major or minor to your degree.

You'll notice that when you log into USC Central, it will look a little different. Only a few students have access to this view. You’ll need to refer to the Enrol by my requirements instructions PDF for a step-by-step guide to complete your course enrolment.

Enrolment support

Enrolment support is available via Student Central. It's a new process for you, and it's new for us too. We believe we've got everything covered, however, if you're experiencing any difficulties, please email through screenshots and a description of what is happening so our expert systems team can explore the issue for you.
