This course, therefore, aims to provide an understanding of the major functions of human resource management in the contemporary workplace including workforce planning, recruitment and selection, learning and development, workplace health, safety and wellbeing, performance management and workforce analytics. This course is specifically directed at practising managers and designed to increase professional knowledge, analytical and operational competencies in human resource management practices.
