CMN224 Advertising Campaigns

This course focuses on persuasive techniques and creative strategies that underpin effective advertising practice. Students develop and demonstrate knowledge and skills to produce an integrated advertising campaign. Students are formed into creative teams for this course, which draw on their collective understanding of advertising theory and practice, and their respective copywriting, design, and other craft skills, to create a pitch for an external client. This involves client contact, extensive group work and formal presentations to the client as part of a pitch process.
