Jeff is the world record holder for the 800m and 1500m freestyle and won back-to-back gold medals in the 400m freestyle at the 1996 Paralympic Games and the 2000 Paralympic Games
Vision impaired Jeff is the world record holder for the 800m and 1500m freestyle as well as holding seven Australian records.
From his training base at the Caloundra Pool, Jeff won a gold medal in the 400m freestyle in the 1996 Atlanta Paralympic Games and then successfully defended his crown at the Sydney 2000 Paralympic Games.
