Physical Performance Coach
Biography
Adam started his coaching career at UniSC in 2019 after graduating with his undergraduate degree. Adam works with a wide variety of athletes both in the gym and on the court, ranging from developmental to international representatives. Adam currently works with the USC Thunder and Sunshine Coast Wanderers teams and assists the UniSC Spartans Swimming and Student-Athlete and Paralympic programs.
Physical Performance Coaching
- 2022-present: assistant physical performance coach for the USC Spartans High-Performance Swimming Program
- 2022: lead physical performance coach for the USC Thunder and Netball Academy program
- 2021-2022: lead strength and conditioning coach for the Sunshine Coast Wanderers NPL Football Club
- 2019-present: strength and conditioning coach for the USC High-Performance Paralympic Sports Program – Wheelchair basketball and rugby
- 2019-present: strength and conditioning coach for the USC High-Performance Student Athlete Program – Various sporting disciplines
