USC Sport Clinic experience

Since training with Adam at UniSC not only myself, but also some of my sponsors, have noticed how much my control and strength on the bike has improved. I’m able to push up onto and through lines I couldn’t before as I simply wasn’t strong enough, and I’ve become less of a ‘passenger’ in the sense that I’m able to pick a line and ride it rather than being bounced elsewhere. The strength training has really helped me improve my technique and I am feeling stronger on the bike. The facilities are great to use with good equipment and options for recovery such as hot and cold pools. Adam has been very helpful, he always has time for me and will do whatever he thinks is best for me and my performance.
