What really got me into studying the Bachelor of Animal Ecology program at UniSC was the opportunity to learn about a wide range of animals, including both land and marine animals for wildlife conservation.

There are a lot of field trips throughout the whole Animal Ecology degree, and one of my favourite ones was going on a field trip to North Stradbroke Island. This field trip offers you professional and fun experiences all at once. For example, you will learn how to set up a professional camera and record wildlife for research purposes as this data will be needed for the purpose of your assessments. By doing this, you will become familiar with the real process of conducting scientific research from start to finish.

Throughout the degree, UniSC's Professors will always be by your side and answer any questions you might have. If you are lucky enough, you might be able to see wild koalas, dolphins, and turtles during your spare time during your field trips. These experiences will probably become some of the highlights of studying this degree, not to mention the friends you will make that will ultimately become your study buddies.

A bunch of unforgettable opportunities will be waiting for you if you decide to study the Animal Ecology program.
