Melinda is a highly experienced commercial and property lawyer.

She was admitted in 2007 while working for the Public Trustee of Queensland. Melinda has worked in highly regarded law firms in Sydney and Brisbane, as an in-house solicitor for RACQ and in the Governance Team at the Sunshine Coast Regional Council.

Whilst at RACQ, Melinda was fortunate to assist in the establishment and operation of the RACQ Foundation working with organisations across Queensland as they helped to rebuild their communities following the floods.

Before joining Argon Law, Melinda headed the commercial law team of another well-respected Sunshine Coast law firm, acting for various business, property owners and developers.

Melinda is also a Board Member of the University of the Sunshine Coast’s Planning and Resources Committee. She is also the honorary solicitor for the Marcoola Surf Life-saving Club.
