Student IT support and maintenance

The Student IT Help Desk provides students with assistance to access the UniSC network and troubleshoot problems with logins, passwords, and access to UniSC information technology systems including email and wifi.

SCHI is a shared services campus with kiosk PC's in the library and the hub.

When using kiosk PC's please click on the UniSC logo and log into USC anywhere to access the USC environment. For USC anywhere or access issues please contact the UniSC Student IT Helpdesk.

Monday–Friday: 8.30am–4.30pm.

There is also a Student IT Support Officer on campus Monday-Friday: 7am-12.30pm

Student access to computers and the UniSC Gympie building is restricted to 7am–10pm Monday–Friday. On Saturday and Sunday access is between 8am-6pm.
