Student Wellbeing presents a series of workshops to support your wellbeing and help you make the most of your UniSC experience.
The workshops are usually delivered between Weeks 2 to 6 each semester. Come to any or all of them. Topics include:
- procrastination
- perfectionism
- impostor syndrome
- difficulty with focus
- struggling with stress
- emotional distress
- loneliness
- depression/low mood
The workshops are delivered face-to-face and via Zoom. Dates, times and bookings are updated on the Student Hub each semester.
