Carly Vidal Wallace
Fashion curator, writer and marketing strategist, Carly Vidal Wallace's fifteen-year career in the fashion industry spans Paris, Los Angeles and Australia. Carly's experience encompasses fashion curation for Los Angeles based company Not Just Label, where she developed a reputation for having an eye for the most likely to succeed emerging fashion designers.
Carly lectures at universities and loves to guide graduates starting out in the industry. She consults to fashion and luxury companies, helping to refine their marketing strategy and reach, and to increase sales and engagement. In 2020, amid the pandemic, she drew together Australia’s 'Women in Fashion' community by running events to support women in the industry. Carly is the Founder and Director of Queensland's annual Fashion Festival.
In recent years, Carly has added a passion to discover, nurture and invest in emerging fashion, with a particular interest in accessories, where in 2022 she launched global jewellery marketplace she.her.

Founder and director of slow fashion label, Racy & Lucky, Cindy creatively collaborates with artists on one-off, obscure, and beautiful garments with her costumery and fashion featured on screens, stages and red carpets across the world, including London Fashion Week, the ARIAs, Eurovision Australia and a Christian Louboutin campaign with guitar-slinging artist, Jaguar Jonze.
The Australian Women in Music Awards recently awarded Cindy Vogels the 'Excellence in Image Making Award' which recognises a female hair and/or make-up artist/and or stylist, including those working within costume and/ or wardrobe activity, working to change the face of music visually to break down gender, race and sociocultural stereotypes.
Madison Lee Hadland
A creative who finds herself at home in front and behind the camera, Madison Lee Hadland has been in the creative industries as a model, photographer, creative director and assistant for nine years.
Published nationally and internationally, her face may be recognisable to those on the Sunshine Coast in particular as she has worked with the likes of Hello Sunshine Magazine, Skin Kandy, Boom Shanka, Mooloolaba Weddings, Judy Copley Couture, The Sunshine Coast Fashion Festival and is the title holder to many pinup competitions. She has explored the world of modelling as an unsigned model using her versatile look to shoot in all styles; couture, casual on runway, and photo shoots.
Recently, Madison has been developing her creative agency, Cereal Box Creative and pursuing extra roles in movies including ELVIS (2022) and The Portable Door (2023).
She is returning to FashCamp to inspire and be inspired by the young talent on the Coast.
Expect to hear practical tips and tricks about personal branding, photo shoot preparation. Madison will be hands on with modelling and photo shoot assistance.
