UniSC's flagship campus is located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. The Sunshine Coast is one of Australia’s prime tourist destinations as well as a great place to live, offering a relaxed lifestyle centred around pristine white-sand beaches, stunning hinterland and subtropical forests and plenty of sunshine. The area also boasts diverse cafes, restaurants and entertainment venues as well as local markets and residents who enjoy an active, outdoor lifestyle.

UniSC Sunshine Coast
The buildings at the Sunshine Coast campus have received numerous awards for planning, architecture and construction. All buildings on campus focus on environmentally sustainable design with strategies for passive lighting and natural ventilation to minimise the use of non-renewable energy.
The campus offers many outdoor spaces that students and staff share with the kangaroos and other wildlife that also call UniSC Sunshine Coast home.

- Shuttle bus linking the campus with local areas
- Sports precinct including a state of the art sports stadium with indoor courts, Olympic-standard heated swimming pool, gym, international standard athletics track and outdoor courts and playing fields.
UniSC is also home to the Sunshine Coast’s first professional sporting team - The Sunshine Coast Lightning netball team as well as the Australian Cycling Academy.
UniSC Moreton Bay
2020 saw the opening of UniSC Moreton Bay, Australia's newest university campus built on a former paper mill site at Petrie, 22km North of Brisbane. The campus will form part of The Mill, a civic, cultural and business precinct planned by Moreton Bay Regional Council.
UniSC Fraser Coast
UniSC Fraser Coast is located in the central business district of beautiful Hervey Bay. Hervey Bay is known as the whale watching capital of the world - you can get up close to the magnificent humpback whales as they come out to play. It is also the gateway to the stunning, world heritage listed Fraser Island.
UniSC Gympie
UniSC Gympie is based in the historical township of Gympie with its many heritage listed buildings and surrounded by a region great for camping, canoeing, four-wheel driving and horse riding.
UniSC Caboolture
Located half-way between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, Caboolture offers a diverse lifestyle, with downtown Brisbane being under one hour away, but also as the gateway to the Sunshine Coast, it offers close proximity to sandy beaches, mountain scenery and the stunning natural beauty of Bribie Island and its marine sanctuary.
