Raising the aspirations of school children on the Fraser Coast will be one of the topics covered at a special meeting of the region’s education leaders tomorrow (Thursday 2 June).
The working breakfast has been organised by the University of the Sunshine Coast for high school principals from Hervey Bay and Maryborough.
Media are invited to attend the event in the Hibiscus Room at Oceans Resort, Hervey Bay. The best time for interviews and photography/filming will be from 8.15am near the conclusion of the meeting.
USC Vice-Chancellor Professor Greg Hill will outline the University's future plans for growth and lead a discussion on working together to further the educational opportunities for Fraser Coast school students.
