Staff within Student Services and Engagement provide student focused advice and support and aim for excellence in service delivery across all administrative aspects of a student’s engagement with the University.

Student Services and Engagement can assist with:

- advice on study costs and tuition fees, HECS-HELP, SA-HELP, OS-HELP and FEE-HELP

- improving student engagement to maximise student success, providing timely advice about student support services
- one on one academic skills advice and academic skills workshops
