UniSC Sunshine Coast is a regulated parking area Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm all year (excluding public holidays). The University encourages the use of sustainable transport.
UniSC staff and students have access to a free shuttle bus service.
We now have four electric car charging stations at Sunshine Coast campus, these are located in Car park 11.

Real-time parking availability
Parking availability refers to regulated parking zones adjoining the main campus ring road. Parking zones at the sport precinct and the free Claymore Road facility are not included in the count.
Parking on campus is free. There are designated disabled, loading and visitor parking areas on campus.
UniSC Fraser Coast is easily accessible by public transport, including bus, bicycle or taxi.
Wide Bay Transit Buses link the campus to all areas within Hervey Bay and Maryborough.

UniSC Caboolture is easily accessible by public transport, including bus, train or taxi.
The campus is within easy reach of the Caboolture train station, and is well serviced by local buses. For route and fare information visit the Translink website.

Parking on campus is free. The car park is shared with the TAFE nearby.
There are two carparks at UniSC Moreton Bay a multi-storey attached to the Foundation Building Carpark 1 and a temporary carpark located 300m from the Foundation Building.
Carpark 1
Parking in Carpark 1 is via either a 6 or 12 month vPermit which can be purchased online (please select primary location as UniSC Moreton Bay).
Carpark 1 hours of operation are 24/7 for USC staff and students who purchase an vPermit.
Free parking is available for UniSC staff, students and UniSC visitors in car park 1 between 3.30pm-7.30am, Monday to Friday. For instance, staff and students can access using their swipe card from 3.30pm on one day up until 5am the next day and must exit the building before 7.30am each day. Free parking is available in carpark 1 on weekends.
There are also four disability car park bays in total. Two located on Level 1 and two located on Level 2. Students and staff holding a disability permit can request access to Carpark 1 by emailing parking@usc.edu.au with their name, ID number and proof of a current disability parking permit. Access to the carpark will then be added to the staff or student ID card which will activate the entry boom gate.
There are 2 EV charging stations located in Car Park 1 on level 2, both are 22kw AC chargers with fixed Type 2 fittings.
Temporary carpark
The temporary carpark has free access for staff, students and visitors, however there are limited spaces available, so it is advisable to utilise public transport facilities where possible.
The hours of operation for the temporary carpark are from 5.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Vehicles will still be able to exit the carpark after 5.00pm.
The University encourages the use of sustainable transport, especially with the proximity of Petrie Train Station.

With all the transport and parking options available, staff, students and visitors to the UniSC Moreton Bay campus are expected to be good citizens and neighbours by respecting the rights and needs of others in our precinct, including those who rely on the train station carpark for their commute, by not parking in the QR Stadbroke Place carpark.
