Tell us about a concern or seek support

Please use this form to report your concerns to our Safer Communities team. If your concerns are related to an immediate safety risk (for example, you are receiving threats of violence), please contact police on 000 or our 24hr Security team by calling 5430 1168.

Once this form has been submitted, our team will contact you to have a confidential conversation about your concerns. During this call, we will talk to you about your options for support (including: safety planning, academic adjustments and community support) and options for resolving your concerns (including informal procedures and support to make a formal complaint).

Our business hours are Monday–Friday 8.30am–4.30pm and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible within these hours.

If you need support or urgent follow-up, please contact Student Wellbeing on 5430 1226 or SafeUSC Security after hours on 5430 1168.
