Rebekah Belte has just completed her Bachelor of Psychology (honours) at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Working in collaboration with the Thompson Institute on the Longitudinal Adolescent Brain Study, Rebekah’s thesis investigated the relationships between metacognition, executive functioning, and psychological distress in adolescence.
While completing her Bachelor of Psychology, Rebekah developed an interest in research methods. She is looking forward to continuing to develop skills with the Road Safety Research Collaboration.
Her current role as a Research Assistant involves data collection, data analysis, participant recruitment, and assisting senior researchers with manuscripts.
