Kelly is an experienced Clinical Educator providing quality education and support to adult learners. She has been actively involved in field education since 2017 and joined the USC Counselling team in early 2021. With over 20 years experience as a Social Worker within Australia and the UK, Kelly has worked within a variety of settings including Government and community organisations as a team leader and clinical supervisor. Primarily working as a clinical practitioner within a paediatric hospital supporting children and families through a variety of issues such as grief and loss, adjustment to diagnosis and chronic illness and trauma. Working from an integrative framework with a trauma informed focus and utilising approaches such as Psychological First Aid.
