Jessica Marigold is currently completing her final year of the Bachelor of Psychology, at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
Under the supervision of the MAIC/Road Safety Research Collaboration Unit, she has recently commenced her honours research project, which focuses on the effects of dose-related acute alcohol impairment on hazard perception performance while driving.
As a research assistant, Jessica’s role involves participant recruitment, data collection, data analysis, and assisting senior researchers across a variety of projects.
With a strong interest in research methods, research design, and data analysis within the context of road safety, social psychology, neuropsychology, and health behaviours, Jessica is hoping to develop these skills further as she considers pursuing a PhD in the future
