Adam Holden joined the USC in June 2019 as a lecturer of Prosthetics and Orthotics. Adam completed his Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics at Latrobe University in 2010 and had been practicing clinically in Adelaide for 9 years before taking up a lecturing position at UniSC.
During his 9 years of prosthetic and orthotic clinical practice in the public health stream Adam has developed an extensive skill set in the client-centred care of complex prosthetic and orthotic clients, and has interest in the education and mentoring of students and new graduates in the field of prosthetics and orthotics.

Adam's specialist areas of knowledge include transtibial prosthetics, transfemoral prosthetics, rehabilitation for person's with an amputation, orthotic management of adults, and clinical reasoning in prosthetics and orthotics.
